The V8 Vantage was initially powered by a 4.3 L (4,280 cc) quad-cam32-valveV8which produced 380 bhp (283 kW; 385 PS) at 7,300 rpm and 409 N⋅m (302 lb⋅ft) at 5,000 rpm. However, models produced after 2008 had a 4.7-litre V8 with 420 bhp (313 kW; 426 PS) and 470 N⋅m (347 lb⋅ft) of torque.

At GCAP we have designed a package to further refine the British sports car's character with a few simple modifications.

We use a Capristo  exhaust system on our tuning packages for this vehicle.

Capristo's Sports Exhaust System for the Aston Martin Vantage V8 and V12. Made of 1.4828 (T309) stainless steel. The system can be controled via the on-board control system. Optionally you can order the programmable control unit.

Options include:

  • Muffler

  • damped cat delete pipes (only V12)

  • not damped cat delete pipes (only V12)

  • progr.ammable control unit CES

We have developed our own software to increase the cars performance. This comes in two forms. A stage 1 map (I.E. a software only calibration with no hardware changes) and a stage 2 (with our Capristo exhaust system).

When tuning we measure afr, ignition timing, intake temps, EGTs etc. to ensure our tune is as safe and reliable as possible whilst drawing the most out of your supercar.

We have seen gains up to 600bhp.

As with most Aston Martins, the brake system is excellent. However we can offer modified braided brakes lines. Our lines have a stronger wall density delivering a more precise and accurate brake pedal feel. This translates into more confidence in your supercar.
